How do you define a quality coach?

Is it number of wins? Are we expert coaches because of the amount of time we have coached the game?

Wade Gilbert and Jerry Lynch have a candid conversation with John about what it really means to be a quality coach and the definition is not what we have used all these years. Time spent coaching and number of wins have nothing to do with being a quality coach.
